The Traditional Bucket & Ladle

Having a bucket and ladle in your spa makes it easy to add water to the stones. Having a bucket that allows you to pour the water is great, but the ladle makes sure you can add just the right amount of water on the rocks so every bit of it turns instantly to steam (and you don’t have to get your hand too close when that steam rises).

Many sauna owners like the look of wooden buckets instead of flimsy, plastic pails that a child might play with at the beach. Simply place 3-4 drops of your favorite oil in the water bucket, and then you pour that water over the rocks in your sauna.
