I’m a type of person that does months of research before buying a product of any significant value. I was in a market for a new SPA and had check out many different models of hot tubs as well as several different hot tub retailers. A buddy of mine referred me to Pool Tech in Las Cruces, NM. I wish I had gone there first; These guys made my wife and I SPA buying experience so pleasant. Not only did the sales staff “Jay Jarden “answer all our questions with honesty, they didn’t try to sell us the most expensive tub on the market, they showed us tubs in every price range and gave us the pro’s and con’s to each model and then made us a killer deal on the one we picked out; which was the Caldera Geneva.
I cannot say enough for the installation tech’s that installed our new SPA at our house. Our electrician wasn’t able to get our electrical completed prior to the SPA arrival, and needless to say I was stressing out. Pool Tech installation tech’s eased my mind when they expressed to me that they were not going to leave me with my SPA in an inoperable condition. They actually waited for the electrician to finish his part, and then three hours later the tech’s were able to wire in the SPA and then gave me a lesson in chemical’s and how the SPA actually worked.
After it was all said and done I expressed to the installation tech’s how much I appreciated them waiting for my electrician to complete his part, and with a smile no less; no worries, we were not going to just drop the tub off and leave without first making sure the tub functioned properly and that I was comfortable with the Spa’s operations.
Wow, talk about customer service……
On behalf of my wife and I; Just want to thanks to the sales staff and the installation techs for making our spa buying experience so pleasant.
You guys’ are awesome…..
